Water Damage to Clarkdale loft

Earlier in 2020, a commercial loft suffered from a category three loss when a college-age tenet let a toilet overflow. The IICRC water loss classifications classified this as a category three because the water was grossly contaminated. This loss could have been completely avoided if the tenet was aware of how to turn off the water supply to the toilet. At SERVPRO of South Cobb, we understand that mistakes happen. Our crew was quick to react to the damage and was able to teach the young tenet how to turn off the water supply. We went forth and removed all of the unsalvageable material and dried out the bathroom.
